Refund & Returns Policy – Solar Starz

At Solar Starz, we are committed to customer satisfaction and compliance with Google Merchant Center policies. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products purchased directly from Solar Starz.

Eligible products include:

  • Solar panels
  • Inverters
  • Batteries
  • Solar accessories

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external causes.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect installation
  • Services once work has commenced (see Services section below)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once inspected and confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Solar Starz will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or damaged products.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Solar Starz will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for a non-defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact us using the details above.


8. Services & Installations

  • Refunds are not available for services (including consultations, system design, or installation) once work has commenced.
  • If a service issue occurs, Solar Starz will correct the issue through repair, replacement, or reasonable adjustments.
  • Service-related disputes must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to return shipping costs.
