Shipping & Delivery

At Solar Starz, we deliver orders throughout South Africa using trusted local courier partners.

Once your order is confirmed and payment has cleared, we begin preparing it for dispatch as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 12PM, over weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay with your order for any reason, we’ll contact you directly by email or phone.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are usually between 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier operations.

In total, most customers receive their orders within approximately 4–8 working days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.


Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order, delivery location, and courier rates.

From time to time, Solar Starz may run free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.

Tracking updates can sometimes take a few hours to appear on the courier system after collection.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Load shedding
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes during promotional periods
  • Deliveries to remote areas

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Solar Starz cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional courier charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been processed or handed over to the courier, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with family members, reception, neighbours, or security.

If the issue is still unresolved, contact the courier company directly and then email us so we can assist where possible.


Peak Period Deliveries

During busy periods such as Black Friday, December holidays, or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased courier demand.

We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons.
