All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Credit & Debit Card Payments

Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed and successfully processed.
Solar Starz does not store full card details on our systems.
Bank Transfer (EFT)
Customers may also pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Please note:
- Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared
- Payment clearance may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank
- Orders may be delayed if proof of payment is not received or if payment cannot be verified
Banking details for EFT payments will be provided during checkout or on the order confirmation page.
When making payment, please use your order number as the payment reference.
Order Verification
For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before processing.

If an order is affected by an incorrect price or billing issue, our team will contact the customer before processing the order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
